hi, I just installed windows 10, and before I had windows 8.1. My 1st question is : why Norton don\'t stop telling me that I should use Google Chrome or Firefox as default browser, as it cannot put the extra extension on Microsoft Edge, and that I will not be protected for Antiphishing and spyware… I had use internet explorer 11 with windows 8.1, and never have those constant Norton messages problems? My 2nd questions is, i\'m almost sure I got a virus on windows 8.1, this is why I had to restart my computer from 0 (scratch), and decided to install windows 10 instead of windows 8.1. It was the common Windows virus alert, that say don,t close your computer with a phone number. I had to close that message with contr/alt/delete. I did not phone them , but they phone me, how they can do that, or was it just a coincidence? Anyway, why Norton did not detect a virus in my computer with the virus scan, and I also did the Norton power eraser, and it did not detect nothing? I don\'t know if my computer broke at the same time by coincidence, because I cannot access Steam and play games that was in the D drive no more, all files were corrupted, and the D drive were appearing and disappearing casually? what about that windows alert virus, is it a real virus or not, and why Norton cannot detect it?
